Ecolodges are one of the small tourism businesses based on the spatial, physical, cultural, and social characteristics of the destination. This study investigates the impact of tourist experience, crisis management, and perceived safety on their satisfaction and loyalty towards ecolodges in Isfahan province. The research methodology is based on a quantitative approach with a descriptive-survey strategy. The statistical population of the study consisted of tourists staying in ecolodges of Isfahan province, of which 300 individuals were selected as the sample using a convenience sampling method. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire, the validity of which was assessed using face validity and construct validity, and its reliability was assessed using Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability. Structural equation modeling and SMARTPLS software were used for data analysis. The findings showed that crisis management and perceived safety have a positive effect on tourist experience. Tourist experience has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction, and both tourist experience and tourist satisfaction positively enhance their loyalty towards eco-lodges. However, other results of the study showed that perceived safety and crisis management do not have a significant effect on either tourist satisfaction or tourist loyalty towards eco-lodges. Based on the findings of the present study, in Isfahan's eco-lodges, tourist experience is the main determining factor in the formation of satisfaction and ultimately loyalty. Therefore, focusing on the richness of the tourist experience and the quality of services provided to them is the key to the success of eco-lodge businesses in Isfahan province."
